Every month, we learn a completely different craft together, and this month we’re trying batik.

Batik is a fabric painting technique that uses wax resist to control where the colours go. The wax creates barriers, so the colours can beautifully blend together in some areas without bleeding into others.

And I’ve made this one really easy because your fabric comes already waxed. All you have to do is add water, add colour and watch it blend.

Everything you need comes in the box, then we all get together online and make it.
